The picture
I see a man in his bed who appears to be dead. He has a gun in his hand and blood on him. The colors are kind of bland. The only color that really stands out is the red. The picture is kind of blurry so it took me a while to figure out what was going on. I think that this is a very depressing picture. The red in the picture, to me, is put there to intensify the horror of the situation. There is nothing happy about this painting either. Everything seems to be dark. This word to me is ok. I think that the artist was successful in getting the message that he wanted across, but I would never put this in my home. It's too dark.

Over my spring break i went to Gary Indiana, my home town. My aunt, her husband, and her three kids picked my up. It takes 5 hours to her there from Owensboro so i just slept and listened to music on the way. once i got there i didn't do much. i stayed up late, watched tv, and baby sat the kids. a couple of times we went to the mall and walked around and bought a few things. we also went bowling, but the alley broke down, so we gor our money back. we also played a little pool and my team won. i finally got home yestersay on sunday and stayed up late last night.

I prefer the Romanticism. this period had more action and seemed more exciting! The artist made something of their art word. Instead of naked women and death, they made an action scene. Or maybe they just painted a simple landscape. It was relaxing. It brought emotion, and as a result, it is my favorite between the two. Although the other one was nice, this one just seemed more interesting. It has stonger scenes that make you want to look at the picture. It captures you eye so you want to study it some more and find out what it's about.

Holistic had the most and Logical had the least. I do agree with this. I don’t like to start in the middle of a problem. That doesn’t ‘make since to me. If I start from the beginning I can get all of the facts and see how to solve the problem. Although I actually am pretty good at science and math.

If you are right brained you are more creative and left brained is more structured.

Wolfey!
Salieri was confined to an insane asylum for the last couple of years of his life. It was during this time that he “confessed” to killing Wolfgang Mozart. However, a person can confess to anything—that does not simply make it true. Perhaps Salieri felt guilt for a personal interaction with Mozart, one that pushed Mozart so far that Salieri started to believe he actually did kill Mozart himself. Mozart probably died of an infection and Salieri probably had nothing to do with it. Mozart had health problems throughout his life, and suffered at times from smallpox, tonsillitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, typhoid fever, rheumatism, and gum disease.

The Self Portrait Thingy
1. I thought that this was a almost fun assignment. The fact that the teacher got upset when we talked was annoying, but at least she was kind of nice. I actually like to draw so it wasn't that big of a deal for me.
2. I liked the final product, It's just a shame that it didn't look anything like me. It seems like i can only draw people that i see, but when I draw myself it always comes out wrong.
3. I'm one of those people. If the end result doesn't have my approval then I don't want others to see it. When people think of my work, I want them to have a good thought, not a bad one.

Blah of Confusion
In this piece it has a lot of colors. The lines are mostly curves. It has a lot of different patterns and textures. This almost describes what happens in my head. It sometimes just goes on the fritz and i guess it could look like that. lol. i like this piece a lot and probably would put it in my house.

National Geographic
The color jumps out at me. I like the fact that everything is black and white accept for the red umbrella. I like that it has something so pure as snow, but has a blood red umbrella standing out. The title i would give this picture is "Blood in the Snow"
The element that i see here is texture. I like the way the water is kind of moving, but it's not roaring waves. This photo is ok, but i don't like that it's random. Sometimes random is good for me, but in this piece it seems so pointless. I would name this picture "Music at Sea"
The element that stands out in this picture is color. The lights that go up into the the sky are beautiful against the datk blue background. I like this phote because it seems unique, it's not something you everyday. I would name this "Colored Lightning".
In this peice, color also jumps out at me. I like the colors in the background becaus they are bright and colorful, but i don't like the picture all together. I think it's boring. It's just a woman walking down the street. I would name it "Daily Stroll"
I love this picture. The texture in this piece to me is cool. I love how most of the picture seems rough. I like this picture because I love the way it's a little lizard looking out onto the large world. It looks cute! I would name this "King of the World"
In this picture i like the shape. the shape that the cloud makes is more of a triangle. It seems cool to me. I like this picture because it's simple but fasinating at the same time. Would call this picture "Sonic Boom"
I like the color in this picture. It's so many colors and yet it doesn't seem over powering. I like it because it kind of lightens my mood. I would call this "Spring Time Rainbow".
I like the color in this phote. Most of it is green so you don't see the snake right away. I like that about the picture. It's really simple and yet it's captivating. I would simply call this peice :Green Snake".

Extended Weekend
Over the weekend i listened to music and watched tv. I spend most of the time texting my friends ro talking on the phone. The most interesting thing i did was I got a new phone. I also went to some fancy dinner with my mom for her job. The food was good. We has one of those really small chickens, rice, baked apple, salad, and cocconut cake. It tasted pretty good. The speach that the guy made wasn't that bad, but i spend most of the time i was texting so I can't tell you what it was about.
